Wireless, super-fast fibre broadband internet is available throughout the flat. A digital smart thermostat allows you to change the temperature of the property quickly and easily with the touch of a button ensuring a comfortable stay, regardless of the Scottish weather! Crisp, clean bed linen and a full set of fresh fluffy towels are provided for every guest. We also supply shampoo and shower gel in both showers, so no need to bring your own. Two hairdryers are also provided. We have everything you need to make you feel at home.

The kitchen is well stocked with Tea and Coffee that is for you to enjoy throughout your stay. You’ll also have the use of modern kettle, toaster and microwave, an electric cooker and large American style fridge freezer. Little Extra’s to Ensure an Enjoyable Stay

The dining table doubles up as a pool and ping pong table, perfect for the kids, or adults. A pre-night out ping pong tournament will add some fun to your weekend break. There is also Edinburgh Edition Monopoly and a Poker set, ideal for a rainy day activity. The flat also features a large 50 inch TV in the living room with Sky TV.

A brand new bathroom has recently been installed which features a modern shower and whirlpool spa bath, perfect for relaxing in after a long day of sightseeing. Continuing the spa experience, the flat has a rainfall shower wet room located off the hallway and a second en-suite toilet and washroom with LED mirror.

A guide book can be found in the living room on the coffee table with more detailed information about the apartment, how to operate things and where everything is. Also included in this is a city guide detailing all the best things to see and do in Edinburgh and the local area. Guest Access, Transport and Getting Around

Using 2 key boxes at the property, we can allow 24-hour access for our guests, making checking in and checking out much more flexible. We offer 4 pm check in and an 11 am check out daily. The apartment is on the 2nd floor of a traditional Georgian tenement building and can be accessed up 2 flights of stairs from the main entrance hallway.

The flat is located on Morrison Street, just off Lothian Road, which is adjoining Princes Street. Being only a 9-minute walk to Haymarket station on foot or 20-minute walk from Edinburgh Waverly Station. There are excellent transport links regardless of how you choose to arrive in Edinburgh.

Access to the flat from Haymarket train station is only a short 9-minute walk, up a gradual slope, along Morrison street to arrive at the front door. Likewise, if you are travelling by bus or tram from the airport, you can get off here and follow the same route. The airport bus is the number 100. Both the bus and the tram are frequent, leaving every 15 minutes and arriving in the centre of Edinburgh approximately 20 minutes later. Contact us should you need advice on the best transfer options for your arrival.

Having such a central location means that there is, unfortunately, no street parking but excellent secure parking facilities can be found in 3 different multi-storey car parks less than 5 minutes walk from the flat, should you wish to bring your car. If you can avoid driving, we would thoroughly recommend it as parking is expensive and the public transport services in Edinburgh are world class, particularly the bus service.
